Some situations can draw to a close, while others can become altered in ways that take you down a completely different path than you were heading. If you're rigid in your ways, this can be something of a problem. The more you fight to keep things heading the way you want them, the more you'll tend to get worn out by the constant resistance.
In some ways, it's like walking a dog. If you keep the dog on the tight leash, it fights against the strain and it becomes a constant battle. But if you give him some slack, he runs a little bit more free, and while you can't control him, he kind of goes in the area he wants, tires himself out, and you move on from there.
So the idea is to give a little when things get tight and go with the flow. If the energy takes you in a certain direction, check it out. A lot of people's apprehension here will be fear of the unknown, but once you actually get there, and it isn't unknown anymore, you'll see that it's probably something you can work with. When you say things, you have a tendency to treat your word as law. This won't always fly with others, but as long as there's a logical rationale behind your ideas, they'll at least consider them. You're going to want to be able to adjust to things on the fly, since a lot of your plans can end up changing in quick succession. You might have to break up some kind of structure you had set up and rebuild a new one from scratch. This can take effort, but the novelty of it can at least keep you going and you can see how things will be stronger moving forward.
