The energy is at a bit of a standstill lately, though Mercury is back to direct motion again. Mars stands across from Uranus, which creates these situations of inner struggle which can escape out into the outside world. Often, this leads to pushing for things but seeing little progress and seeing frustration build up. The smart people out there will see those events where they aren't making much progress, learn from them, and adapt to the situation. If you're committed to a stubborn approach though, your frustrations can take you in some harmful directions.

At the same time, this is a good time to talk things out with others. Listen to what they happen to be saying to you, even if you don't necessarily agree with it. This is a good time to make corrections to what you're doing, but you have to be open to them. When your conversations with others center on the future, others might have a better perspective or more experience on what it's going to take to get you there.

Overall, on the surface there can be some obstacles, but the underlying energy of the chart is pretty positive and opens us up for some big improvements. Stay on your toes and rather than pushing for success, wait for openings and jump on them when they appear. Best of luck.

You want to avoid being someone who talks too much and says little here. Commit to making sure everything you say is well thought out and has substance to it. Otherwise, you'll find others are quickly tuning you out. Then when you do have something important to say, they're not going to pick up on it. If you're more calculated in your communications though, you can spread some important knowledge to others and this might get them to make needed adjustments that make their situations and yours a lot easier to deal with.
