Today's energy has an element of "old goals" versus "new goals". This is a transitioning period, where some opportunities close and new ones open up. But for many, it's not so clear what possibilities lie out there. Some people are going to stick to their guns and continue to chase after the things they've wanted lately. Others are going to shift gears and start heading in other directions. So if you encounter people going in another direction, keep in mind that they are probably ready for a change. Just don't go into things expecting people to do what they've always done.

With all that said, it is a good time to dream up some new dreams and make some new plans. The Sun and Neptune are connecting and that gets the brain moving and processing all sorts of different possibilities. Some of them start off in the realm of fantasy, but it's not too hard to figure out how to bridge the gap between what's an idea and what's a reality. Do remember that things aren't going to just magically happen on their own though. You're going to have to put in some time, thought and effort if you want to see these things start coming to fruition. Best of luck.

Getting plans together can take more orchestration than normal, especially when others have their own agendas to adhere to. You'll have to be more patient on that end, and try to find gaps of time that work for everyone involved. It's a day where you're going to want to experiment around with things, but an element of preparedness can help you cut down the amount of time you'll need to do so. Keep lines of communication as open as possible, because when you're on the same page with others, things will flow more smoothly.
