Conversations today can take a bit more of an aggressive tone, one in which things aren't always going to be rooted in fact. When you happen upon a negative encounter, it's going to help a lot to step back and analyze what really happened. Don't let your emotions be a part of that analysis (which can be hard to do).

As the week moves on, the tone is going to switch towards more extreme thoughts, feelings and initiatives. With that in mind, you want to make sure you have your "base" well established. Have enough of the things you need. Make sure there's places where you can regain composure and emotional stability. Get your comfort level back to where it needs to be. Knowing your limitations becomes a bit more important because you can tend to shoot for the sky more often. Normally, that's not the worst thing in the world, but here, it often leads to situations where you can bite of more than you can chew. Situations at home can often complicate this, where interactions with people you live with might cause more distractions and offer fewer solutions. The best thing you can do is choose a path and stay committed to it, as that will offer you more focus, as well as giving you a clear mental image of the sign posts for the direction you ultimately want to go in.
