This energy tends to dump on people who just accept whatever happens, and rewards those who find opportunities in spots that look like there aren't any there. What you want to be careful of here is that you aren't criticizing the people around you too often (or too harshly). The more stones you throw outward like that, the more people will turn around and start looking for flaws in your game as well. If you're inviting that kind of attention in towards you, you might end up on the defensive more than you bargained for.
