You aren't going to be the easiest person to work with today, largely due to the fact you can be demanding and have high expectations. But at the same time, you will want to get along with others and it can be frustrating if others seem like they're giving you a lot of space. To an extent, you'll want to show solidarity with people, but this can only go so far if they're going to be pushing past limits you're not comfortable with. Above all, you need to be wary of situations that seem like they'll lock you down for quite a while, as a good chunk of your time might be spent dealing with them day-to-day. Make sure you're firm and committed before agreeing to anything of that nature.
