Solving the mental side of the energy is the biggest challenge here, so finding ways to boost your odds will help immensely. Getting enough rest is a good start (and you might need more sleep than normal) and eliminating distractions throughout the day will help a lot too. It's not a gimme, but locking in on your agenda drastically improves your odds of success. This isn't the easiest energy to get through, but when in doubt, look for ways to simplify what you're looking at. The best answers usually won't need any mental gymnastics to justify them. There can be some elements of phoniness in the way you interact with others. If it's a "getting through it" type of situation, where you're dealing with people you hardly ever see, it's not the worst thing in the world. But you don't want to be portraying yourself (or your opinions) as something you're not to people you want or need to be around for extended periods of time (such as in new relationships). If others wouldn't accept you for who you are, you're not around the right people anyway.
