A lot of how challenging situations turn out is really down to how we respond to things. Are we understanding? Are we adaptive or willing to learn constructive lessons from what's occurred? On the flipside, are we handling things poorly, blaming others or bringing additional animosity into the whole mix? These are often what really determines our perspective and assessment of what's gone on.
While the energy can tend to give us some pathways today out of challenging situations, it's still on us to handle them in the best ways we can. The energy is going to make people more prone to getting angry about things and that's the type of energy that can snowball. It's impulse (and rarely well thought out), but you can still take the high road. Letting your rage build up here is a decision, and being better than that is a different decision. Which will you choose? Much of how things move forward will depend on that very choice, so think hard about it before acting. Best of luck.

Making connections with others will be more of a challenge, but while you might think that's more easily solved with volume (constantly putting yourself out there), you need to think more about quality and depth in what you're saying. If what you say resonates with others, they'll pick up on it. This is especially true when you're dealing with anything business-oriented, where you have to have a sense of what others need, and not just what you're trying to give them.
