It can also be when the least likely people can come up with the most brilliant ideas, so do not automatically discount what others may say because of 'who they are'... With the Moon passin' by Uranus, it repeats the theme of the paying closer attention to the details... It's like when we were kids, and our parents told us not to do things, but we did them anyway, and later on our parents would just say "I told you so"... hehe...
