This can tend to put the breaks on things, and this can get severely frustrating, especially for those who have little patience. In these situations, people can press forward, looking to do something, anything, to get things moving again. These are the situations where things are liable to get borked and people will end up with a set of circumstances they can't undo. So be very careful.

At the same time, there will be those who look at situations grinding to a halt and asking "Why?". This is where people can reacclimate and pick up a new perspective on how things are operating. The solutions they can find will take time and thought to generate, but they'll tend to work out a lot better.
