For current events, you'll notice that people have more room to breathe and make decisions, without the impending urgency or gravity pulling at them. This is a good time to actually mobilize and start carrying out thoughtful decisions. You'll have a pretty good sense of what you want, and how to go about getting it.

At the same time, a lot of the conversations that take place today can focus on the positives. You can plan well with others, and it's also a good time to make sure your goals are aligned with people you're working with. There can be a strong level of importance on these conversations though, so make sure you're paying attention to what others are saying.
