The current energy is going to have a strong onus on future outlook. It's going to be pretty easy to visualize the things that you want, and your discussions are going to tend to help further clarify those thoughts in your mind. If you're short on goals, this is prime time to set some new ones and get to planning them out.

The problem with this energy is in the amount of work that needs to be done to get things done. While a lot of the things happening right now can be good (especially in a behind the scenes sort of way, which you might not be immediately aware of), there can be so much to get done that it becomes a bit overwhelming. You can see the stresses that it causes you and others pretty openly. Stresses tend to reveal flaws and cracks, and this is where some things might start to break down.

When you get a potent transit like this, and you're dealing with overwhelming to-do lists and things out of your immediate control, it's always best to break things down into smaller chunks and deal with them one step at a time. If you try to solve everything at once, you're going to get burned out and fail. So do it one piece at a time and you'll start to see some progress made. Over time, you begin to inch in the right direction. Best of luck.

There can be some opportunities here to organize things and show the people around you that you are a strong leader. At the same time though, you might let your own thoughts, beliefs and assumptions submarine your concepts of others' abilities. That's not a strong leadership quality, and might take some options off the table that you would otherwise be able to utilize. So don't sell others short. Give people a chance, and if they don't come through, you can bank that knowledge. But a lot of times, people can surprise you.
