This only serves to make situations worse.

This is one of those times where you might need to put your own personal wants and desires on the backshelf for a bit in order to make difficult situations go away. It might not seem inherently fair at times, and that might only get you to build up in intensity even more, but the most successful people are going to find places to vent when they need to, and ways to get things done that need to be done.
