Trying to get people to fall in line is a bit of a lost cause right now - people are going to do what they want (and you will too). That's not always the best recipe for success, but it is what it is. With that in mind, you don't want to go through the wasted effort of trying to get others to conform to the things you want them to do. You might find it frustrating, you might not agree, but your best bet is to accept it and get over it. This energy isn't going to last forever, and sometimes the chart tells us to pick our spots. This would be one of those times.

While this can be a bit chaotic and somewhat concerning at times, the chart on the whole tends to push things in a more positive direction, so there's that. We can't change the desires of the people who are around us, but we can change the actual people around us, so you might migrate towards more likeminded individuals here. When you connect with others on a common frequency, you're going to combine powers in a way, and that can be extremely beneficial for getting more complicated things done. Just try to keep your eyes on the end-goal and not the way you get there - some folks can sabotage things that will work out over petty squabbles on the details and methodology and not getting enough credit when all is said and done. As long as you avoid that, things will tend to be easier to manage. Best of luck.

There's this mentality that can occur here where "if you can't win the game the way it's played, then you change the game". This can feel sort of revolutionary at times, and while you can run into new struggles that come as a result of your ideas, you can also get others paying attention to see what worked and what didn't.
