This is going to be a day where you're going to have to give others some space here and there. The irritations of life can seem to poke through more than normal, and that's something that's going to seep into people's mindsets. Things that normally wouldn't seem like a big deal can suddenly become one. That's more because emotionally, people will need to let off some steam and if there's a build-up of little annoyances, each one end up magnifying the next.

You can't control what others are going to do, but you can monitor yourself. As such, finding cathartic releases for pent up energy will help you be more effective at the things you do and a more tolerable person to be around. So it's a good time to get some exercise in (though don't overdo it) or find others ways to relax and unwind. You might have a lot to get done, but space it out as best you can. Everything should be done with this mindset of not letting tough stuff snowball on you, because that's when the "trigger" points will tend to occur - if you avoid those, you should be alright. Others can seem like they're competing with you more than normal, and that can lead to this mindset where you're constantly judging your own progress against that of others. That's fine in certain areas (and might even give you motivation to raise your own game up a level), but in others, like at home, it can make things more complicated when they don't need to be.
