However, on day 2 it might be a little tougher, and as you go, as things out there in the world might lead you closer to reverting to the bad habit, it takes more resolve to stick with it. A lot of time, it's this fear of time that causes people to avoid changing in the first place.

The current energy can make it tougher to stick with things we've set out to do lately and this is where we have to find that internal strength to keep on the path we've set for ourselves. If something is important enough to you, this will be a lot easier - there's a mental leverage point you can fall back on. It's those things that aren't as important to you that will tend to fall off here. When in doubt, make a decision for everyone - they probably aren't going to fight you on it.
