This is energy that's great for building personal relationships (often extending into the business areas of life), but it's not always going to be the best for locking in and taking care of the things that are needed. You might have to remind others of their responsibilities, and you might have to get reminded of your own here or there.

As far as responsibilities are concerned, the things on your to-do list today can seem challenging, and they're certainly not going to appeal very much to you. Finding the motivation to take care of what you need to will be the big hurdle of the day.
