Getting enough rest is a good start (and you might need more sleep than normal) and eliminating distractions throughout the day will help a lot too. It's not a gimme, but locking in on your agenda drastically improves your odds of success. This isn't the easiest energy to get through, but when in doubt, look for ways to simplify what you're looking at. The best answers usually won't need any mental gymnastics to justify them.
