It's definitely a day to be on guard when you're out and about too - even if you're on a stable level, others might be going through some things themselves and can be quck to get agitated.

While the underlying causes of some of the outbursts that can be experienced today will remain for quite a while, the bright side of this energy is that the emotional side of it will pass pretty quickly. So the day is more about avoiding bad impulse decisions and being reactionary to what's going on. There might be problems with the bigger picture, but you can still do something about them with a good plan and some patience. Trying to sort things out immediately shouldn't be a priority, and the more you try to make it one, the more you'll tend to escalate the issue, so it's best to back off a little in these cases.
