If there were two words to decipher the chart right now it would be "Reality Check". There's a lot of REAL emerging right now and can show up in a rather forceful and even unexpected way....just take a look at US Politics for a most obvious example. A lot of this energy is being driven home by the intense Pluto / Lunar connection which is being fueled by Neptune.
