You might have to show some people the way, but remember, you'll have your own things to do, so you can't do what they need done for them.
While things may be difficult here, you also have to remember you have the power to make them worse (so don't). Don't make things more dramatic than they are. Don't settle for self-made excuses. Keeping a positive attitude is going to be the most important thing as it's going to keep you working hard.
