Usually, this has more to do with others holding back information from you, or slightly misleading you in order to prevent an emotional conflict... That makes this a good time to pay more attention to the actions of others than the words or promises that they may make... It can also prove to be one of those GOOD energies too... Like planning surprise parties or something like that.
