Yet, neanderthal Ed, sits and shuffles the fire in front of him with a spear... for in Ed's mind's eye, the impending responsibility (work!) takes apparent form, the dye was cast and everything shone in new light

Fact is, we'd all do just fine with a few weeks of lounging on gold davenport in the sunshine being hand fed grapes while being fanned by palm fronds by appealing creatures of and desired variety (I'll take 2 iguanas and and antetelope). but this would eventually get boring and variety is the spice of life.... this is exactly why time itself flows
by adding time
you add dimension
intention (intent ion) is a focusing in time and creates depth of experience
