Naturally, some easily handle the intensity very easily, but others can come un-glued when problems or when they feel like they are being challenged... But having read this, you are likely to be much more aware of what others may be going through and know when it's best not to press others too hard... Or ask them questions that they are not ready or are uncomfortable answering.
