Mars and Pluote remain connected today, so we're still going to have some of the tendencies to change things at all costs. It's somewhat problematic, so you need to keep your wits about you when you're doing things. Resist the temptation to blow things up and start from scratch where you can. Also, remember that the easiest looking solution is probably the one that's going to get you in the most trouble.

The other aspects of the chart definitely help out though. Firstly, Jupiter is connecting with Neptune. This has a way of causing you to remember what you were looking for in the first place. Often times in the day to day monotony of life, we get caught up in getting from point A to point B. This transit helps pull us out of that. It can show us things we find exciting. It can also reestablish a need to go out and set new goals that you find fulfilling.

While that's occurring, the Sun also connects with Saturn. This can get people motivated to put in the work they need to in order to get ahead. It'll be easier to get jobs started, which also makes it easier to get them over with. The jobs themselves might still have their struggles, but you can be motivated by accomplishment and stay on task until something's done.

Overall, it's a pretty good chart, though you'll have to take care of some things along the way. Just keep in mind that there's a theme of "making sure you're taking care of yourself". With Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto all retro, it's an indicator to look inward for solutions, rather than outward. Also remember, if you aren't taking care of yourself, you can't do the best job you can dealing with others, so it's beneficial to everyone to be a little more self-centered here. Best of luck.

Your dealings with others can go well here, despite the fact that you're not always sure what to say to them. The big thing is to get conversations started. If there's any difficult news or or things that make you uncomfortable, just get it out in the open and go from there. You'll find people are just as willing to get their own problems out of the way as you are, so they'll actually appreciate it when you bring difficult subjects to light. From there, you can start to come up with solutions or plans to make the situations better.
