In that regard, it's a good time to make sure your health practices are on point. Things like exercise (even if light) can get you a good start towards an energetic day and putting the right foods in your body can keep it that way. Avoid temptations to slack in this regard because when you aren't feeling at your best, it will be real hard to get going.
