The emotional intensity of the chart can be pretty intense right now. We've got Mars in a T-Square with Neptune and Jupiter, which can activate our wants, and at times form very clear visions of the way we think things should be, but in all that, there can be pieces missing. Those pieces are very important; they're the reasons things are going to need to go down a different way. Making sense of all this can be very troublesome for periods of time; it can lead to frustrations, and those who aren't careful might end up ruining situations before they have a chance to develop as intended.
The flipside here is patience. While the internal turmoil you can face here can be very strong, if you stick things out long enough, you start to see some changes. There can be these epiphany moments where you might want something right away, but you hear something or see something or experience something that makes you stop and say to yourself "Oh, I need to do this first. This was an important step I wasn't handling." It's patience that is indeed forced, but at the same time, you'll have some opportunities to learn from past mistakes and get better in the future.
Overall, it's a tough chart, I'm not going to lie, but we're in the fading out period of the current connections and it should start to get a little bit easier to manage in the days ahead, so stick with it. Best of luck.

Dealings with people can be pretty tricky because you can saddle them with expectations and have a lessened willingness to compromise. If they meet you on your terms, great = things should go pretty well. It's when you face resistance that you'll have a tendency to overreact and can make touchy situations more tense. Before becoming more aggressive, it'll help you to look inward first at ways you can individually make a tense situation better. Control the elements you can control, and try to remain open-minded to alternate possibilities.
