Daily Horoscope for Scorpio Summary

Today I Start my Life Anew...
All those retrograde planets... They have a way of bringing back past actions and decisions and then making us re-examine the 'intention' versus the 'outcome'... It reminds us that having the 'best intentions' doesn't always generate the best conclusions... And the need to be willing to back up and make adjustments when needed.

On this 'Day of the Sun' here in what as now known as 'The Land of the Buff'... It reminds me of our rich history and memories of the past... Work with me on this...

In those days in the ancient city of Buffalonious, the men-folk in the villages were required by a solemn oath they all took as children, that they would refrain from any form of yard-work or of physical labor during the month of July on the Days of the Sun... They were required by this oath to lounge around in the sunshine and discuss fishing, sports or other forms of physical struggles they've had to endure during the previous year... Many would float on inflatable rafts in pools of water while listening to soothing music in significance of having to rise above the dangers that may exist below them... Fragrant Meats and Veg were often fired over coals of fire, as a reminder of the abundance the earth has provided... These high holidays were not easy for the Buffalonious men, and often required to consume certain 'Spirits' of beer, wine or other favorable beverages... Not always an easy task, but this struggle and challenge at times was required... The Buffalonious men accepted these responsibilities with courage and dedication to their tradition.

I am one that chooses to honor those ancient traditions... Bright sunshine and temperatures in the low 80 degrees can be a struggle for some, but I am here to tell you guys that I am up for the task... Slow roasted and fragrant meats on coals of fire can be a struggle... So can playing guitar on the back porch or floating on rafts in the water is a challenge I accept with honor and dedication while honoring the traditions of the past... What helps a lot is a trusty dog that protects the home-front from an invasion of squirrels or rabbits that may damage the crops of tomatoes and other vegamatics... It is not easy on these Days of the Sun during the month of July, but I choose to rise to the challenge and I will now go out to fire the coals of fire to being this high holiday... I hope you honor these traditions too.
