I think we all need those in our lives that have the courage and strength to demand total truth, even if or when it hurts, or if it is something we may not want to immediately accept.

That makes this a great time to focus on long-term goals and objectives... When doin' simple things that can remind us each day of where we want to go and what we want to accomplish can keep us on track...
