This is a more transformational transit we're dealing with, though getting your feet off the ground is going to be the hardest part. The energy causes people to be complacent about things they need to do, leading to procrastination - it's always easier to do the thing you want to do over the thing you should do. With no apparent sense of urgency, a lot of things tend to hang in limbo here.

What you'll notice is often you or others are waiting for perfect conditions to initiate something, conditions that might never come around. That's a good way to end up stuck in a rut, cycling through the same ideas and outlook over and over again. So if anything in your life gnaws at the back of your mind, you have to start somewhere, and if you do, this is as good of a time as any. Staying disciplined and doing the things you should do are often simple, as long as you have the willpower, so as you go through the day, reinforce to yourself that you do have the power within. Getting the ball rolling is important because otherwise you'll try to do everything with your mouth and not your actions. Others can quickly tune you out if all you're doing is barking orders at them. It won't take much, but if you're trying to motivate people around you to do something, make them feel like you're an actual part of the effort, rather than a bystander. You don't have to be the most effective participant, but any involvement will generally be understood by others, and they'll be more likely to listen to your suggestions.
