If you're not the boss, you might have to put up with more stuff than usual. These are the sort of things that can create tension in some settings, so do your best to alleviate that wherever you can. Going with the flow will generally help you avoid the bulk of the lunacy.

Outside of that, the Mercury retro cycle is wrapping up, so the general vibe can shift a little.
