There can be more interpersonal strife here than normal, usually when people are unable to fully control their emotions. This is when some people can snap and the inner frustrations that have been building because of problems in a relationship can tend to come out. It can be harder to communicate what you're really thinking to others in a civil manner though this is definitely the right play. A lot of times people can go off on others without ever really letting on they were bothered in the first place.

If others are acting a bit wound up, you'll want to give them a wide berth if you can. It will also help to be understanding - many intances you can run into can be momentary, but powerful, but you don't also want to be forming definitive judgments about others here either. Sometimes people are going through some stuff and don't know how to ask for help, or don't know how to vent and they do things that might create tension and stress in relationships. The flipside is if you're supportive, these can be times where you build relationships instead. It's not easy and might be uncomfortable, but that's where the opportunities right now will tend to lie. Best of luck.

You can be very forward with others, almost too much so, when it comes to the things that you want. If they have any reservations at all, your more aggressive nature can cause them to put up a guard and really hamper communications. It's going to be much more effective to try to appeal to what others want and create the desire on their end. If you can get them to chase you for something instead of the other way around, you'll end up with much more control of situations and more likely to get what you wanted.
