This can be a difficult time to try and process things because it can often seem like there's more questions than answers out there. At times like this, we often try to piece things together from what we know, but when what we don't know far outweighs that, it can create a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. We're very good when we can deal with set situations as people, but it's the unknown that can freak a lot of people out.

Operating on a level of faith and belief within yourself becomes more important at times like this, even though you should cling to anything factual and definite you can get your hands on. When these things are absent though, you have to go with your gut and do the best you can. It's also important to know that in retrospect, we're often not judged as harshly on the decisions we make with a complete lack of information - others tend to be understanding on that end. So if information is out there, do your best to obtain it. If it isn't, don't worry yourself into a stupor about it and make the most of things. A good bit of composure is better than nothing. Don't lose sight of the things you're able to control and things you aren't. This is especially true in relationships, where you might try too hard to force things into happening, when you need someone else to buy in and at least meet you halfway. Take things as they come and try to avoid putting your own spin on things. If need be, talk to someone else for an outside perspective on what's going on, as they can set you straight.
