Mercury enters Capricorn on January 13, the sign known for practicality and lack of nonsense. Mercury becomes more logical and persistent in Capricorn. At the start of December 2023, when Mercury first entered Capricorn, we all noticed a change in all forms of our communications. Then it turned retrograde and went back into Sagittarius, turning direct again on January 1. When Mercury is in Capricorn, our thinking and communications tend to be more conservative, practical, and ambitious.
