You don't have to go through the day like some kind of heartless bastard, but you should be aware when anger or frustration might cause you to look at things through a jaded lens.

You don't want to get into this mentality where you think others are out to make your life miserable - any slights here are most likely unintentional. A lot of our interpretations about what others are doing can be driven by what we think they should be doing, but these ideas might not be aligned.
