The current chart overall is pretty good for getting back on the right track, especially if you've been in some tough spots of late. Where the chart tends to pitch in is that things that might normally be a slog won't seem that way for now. You will be able to more easily direct your energy in the directions that need it the most. You can clear a lot off your plate, freeing you up later to do more of what you want. You might have some emotional cloudiness and anxiety before important things you have to do too, but these tend to fade quickly once you're actually engaged with doing something. This is "jump right into the pool" type energy, where you'll get acclimated quickly and then can go about enjoying the experience.
