Has a more energetic kind of energy goin' on today that makes this a terrific time to go outside to play... hehe... The key to patterns like this is to try to maintain a slow and steady pace... Just by being aware of that will protect you.

Like I said above, this applies to all of us... We not only have to prevent ourselves from gettin' jerky, but to also be aware of what others are doin' and sayin' too.
