It sounds simple (and often it is), but there will be those out there throwing rocks at walls nonetheless.

So with that in mind, today's energy isn't about fighting the wave of change; it's about adapting to it. If you aren't happy about something, do something about it in productive ways (and acknowledge when something isn't working). Approach problems with an eye for where there might be opportunities and chances to improve.
