Daily Horoscope for Taurus Summary

Saturn is retro, which it will be until about Memorial Day weekend. Saturn retro isn't terribly crippling on its own; I always liken it to a room full of unsupervised, rambunctious kids. You might be able to do what you want without anyone to really yell at you, but that doesn't mean you're immune from causing trouble for yourself; if anything its tougher because you don't have the warning signs to prevent you from doing something stupid. Rules are often repressive but the overwhelming majority of them are there to protect us. Saturn retro takes the kid gloves off and says "Find your own way".

The real downer is that its going to keep Saturn locked into position with Pluto, which most people wouldn't describe as a "peachy" transit. Not much we can do about that though, save for dealing with it.

So how do you make the most of this current stretch. It starts with personal responsibility. You have to know your own limits. You have to know your own duties. Because Saturn's in Libra, much of this will deal with relationships. It means going home at 10:00 after the game to see the missus, instead of drinking some beers with the guys until 3:00 (which will be the far easier choice to make). Because in true Saturn retro fashion, she won't tell you that you messed up... but you messed up, and later on down the line, when you're not expecting it, you'll find out how bad you messed up. So more importantly than anything, uphold your relationship responsibilities.

Aside from that, you'll have to discover motivation internally (also difficult with Mars retro). It can be real easy to get lazy here. Get into the habit of injecting added challenge into the things you do, if only to keep you working hard. People that settle down to take a rest will find it tough to get going again. And lastly, it's going to be quite easy to change some personal routines here; make sure you're building strong routines and not falling into slack ones.

So there you go. It's all on you with energy like this. This is a time where you are the champion of your own destiny. If you want to do the things you need to be successful, you'll discover a boatload of tricks to make yourself better along the way. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Taurus

Much of this energy boils down to you deciding who needs your help and who can help themselves. Making this decision isn't going to always be easy. You can tend to look at the downtrodden in a tougher manner here. Ironically enough though, you can look at your own set of circumstances as being more difficult to handle than they really are (which might send you into "beg for sympathy" mode). This might seem more prevalent in the upcoming couple of weeks (as Saturn gets moving backwards), but moving forward, you'll have to begin to adapt a truer outlook and rely on dealing with things yourself rather than having others handle them for you.
