Daily Horoscope for Taurus Summary

Every once in a while something comes along that makes you stop a second to reconstitute every thing you're doing. Yesterday during my web musings I found a posting from an internet acquaintance about how his daughter went missing back in April and his continued search for her. Her name is Ali Lowitzer and she disappeared on April 26th in the Northern Houston suburb of Spring, TX. She got off the bus from school, was going to pick up her check from work (about ¼ to ½ mile away) and never made it there. I guess law enforcement has looked into her as a runaway, despite not picking up a work check and leaving money and her phone charger at home. There's also been no social network activity from her since (apparently she was an avid texter beforehand and had events planned that suggest she would have no reason to up and leave like that).

Her missing person photo can be found here: http://crimeseekers.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7736

And they have a facebook page set up as well: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=120051401346429&v=wall&ref=ts

You can also google her and find articles detailing the disappearance, the search and such. It's a terrible situation, and unfortunately putting it up here is all I can really do to help out. For any of our Houston area readers, if you've got any info that might possibly help, I'm sure you can reach them through the facebook page or by contacting law enforcement officials.

The Daily Horoscope for Taurus

Even when obstacles pop up, you can still find some clever workarounds to make sure everything works out as it's supposed to. Shifting things in your schedule should be manageable and times it might be necessary to fit new plans in. There might be work to do as well, but you can turn this into more of a sociable experience than one that requires a ton of hard work. In line with that, some of you might even be pumped up to go to work today just because there is someone there you really want to talk to.

...Show some Love...

Daily Tao

Act without action
Manage without meddling
Taste without tasting
Great, small, many, few
Respond to hatred with virtue

Plan difficult tasks through the simplest tasks
Achieve large tasks through the smallest tasks
The difficult tasks of the world
Must be handled through the simple tasks
The large tasks of the world
Must be handled through the small tasks
Therefore, sages never attempt great deeds all through life
Thus they can achieve greatness

One who makes promises lightly must deserve little trust
One who sees many easy tasks must encounter much difficulty
Therefore, sages regard things as difficult
So they never encounter difficulties all through life
