What this means is that you're going to start seeing more "pity parties" popping up, and you might feel compelled to indulge in a few on your own. Make an extra effort to understand the true reason things are happening when you can. Don't fall back on lesser explanations just because they make you feel better inside. The most important thing you can really do is separate the emotions from the reality of a situation and deal exclusively with the reality. When you do this, your subsequent actions will serve to address the real causes of problems and you'll make progress. Otherwise you might be trying to fix something that isn't broken, or is entirely unrelated to the problem itself.
