When things get rough, the energy can give us a little nudge to let us know it's around. I realized that a bit with the Mercury retro chaos which slowed down a couple of projects I was working on, in addition to messing with my e-mail all day. Madness. But, as the old man alluded to yesterday, much of the reason for the issues laid at my feet. You'll notice the same thing in your own life. You might want to cast blame for things, and others can certainly bungle their ends of bargains, but there is probably something you could have done in order to make things run more smoothly.

This is going to be a constant for the next three to four weeks though, so adapt and move on. Be smarter about your decisions. Factor in back up plans. Stay in constant touch with people around you. Preparedness helps keep you out of trouble and it usually only requires a minimal extra effort.

On the flip side, Mars connects with Neptune and Jupiter and Venus also connect today, which is going to keep people off-balance for the most part. The Mars-Neptune energy builds up our hopes. The Venus-Jupiter energy makes it hard for things we want most (usually money or romance related) to come to fruition. There's an up and down that occurs, starting within the mind and extending to the physical plane, where the actions you encounter don't match up with the way you had them mapped out in your head. So be pretty careful here. You can brim with motivation and it's an excellent time to start something new with structural or protective benefits. At the same time, don't put so much stock in your wants; time will show that if you don't get what you were looking for here, chances are it wasn't quite what you expected it to be anyway. Laying any definitive foundations won't sound like a great idea for now because you want to make sure things are solid. You can have really big wants and desires right now, and you'll full well figure that you deserve them. This causes you to hold out a bit, and in addition, you might start thinking others around you don't deserve things as much as you do (which might cause you to harbor some hostilities). But this is mainly an ego-driven viewpoint; if you step back from yourself you'll see you still have some work to do.
