I just can’t get enough of when people say things like “Animals don’t try to control their breathing” (but I bet if they found out it made their lunch tastier they would)…of course, they say this with respect to People, but we are animals too…

Unlike “the animals” we are able to achieve the savvy thought that we can learn to control ourselves (just maybe) by doing things like enhancing our calm. In fact, we can concentrate our thinking to the point we can make a science of something as seemingly mundane as (you guessed it) Breathing! Yep, the West and the East have converged and agree that about ½ of us are even “doing it wrong” (what?!) and that, in turn, we are basically “starving” our cells. The upside is that our brain feeds mostly on Oxygen and we can learn to feed it better! ….Let the Keen Mental Times Roll!

I won’t bore you with the details of how that’s actually done of course (#YouTube # Chi Gong Breathing) …Just when you think I am converging on No Point…this offers a Grand Parallel to the energy we are dealing with- the stimulation and information coming from the super loaded energy we’re still under (converged in Pisces) & the fact that we need to Chill the frack out when things are this intense!

What’s so super charged? You might ask…we are under the effects of a mega “me” factor where, as much as we may try otherwise, our focus comes right back around to the self- a Key time for planning down the road and a time when our day dreams can shine brighter than the (nearly) Spring Sun.

We can expect some new found ideas and solutions to start entering the equation at this time as well- and its super important right now to be able to reflect on our own (true) nature… no time for trying to shake things up with sugar and spice- this energy can have a raw edge to it but it is designed to get us into the mix with Reality at play…whatever the individual case may be- this energy Will play out in the “give and take” between people…I will get into this more in the Weekend Summary Review tomorrow, so stay tuned to the best horoscope sight this side of Andromeda & don’t forget to spread the love!
