The key is in recognizing the long-term potential of what is out there. There are times in our lives where we know something matters a little bit more than it normally would. Certain events can serve as turning points that allow us to grow and evolve. When situations like this surface, how will you react? Will you shrink away in fear, perhaps not even of failure, but the fear of success (and the changes that come with it)? Or do you rise up and embrace new challenges and the possibilities that come along with them? Ultimately the choice is yours, but you can run into some situations here that fit this mold, and how you react to them will define how things are going to proceed moving forward. The time to fight the power is behind you. Where others seem to be finding consensus, you're slowly going to start seeing the logic and getting in line behind them. You won't be a full-fledged follower because you can bring your own thoughts and feelings to the mix, but you're certainly going to be looking to join up with those of like mind.
