Most people try avoid situations where you’re forced to work under pressure, but sometimes it’s good to know what you can and cannot do in those situations. That sort of energy will persist a little bit longer, at least until Mars makes its way into Libra, so you want to go into stressed situations as cool as you can and with as much of a handle on things as you can manage.

At the same time, Venus has already crossed into Libra, so we’re going from a period where people are focused on work to a time where people are going to think more about getting paid for their services. It’s more about meritocracy. If you’ve put in the effort, you’re going to want to see the rewards. If the rewards don’t come, you’ll have something to say about it.

Tensions can run a bit higher than normal, but it’s still good energy as long as you manage to keep things productive and moving along. It’s when you stop to bitch that things catch up to you and others might have their own gripes to air about you. So keep things positive, stay focused on your goals, and once the present energy has diminished some, then you can slow down a bit to regroup and make changes where they are needed. Best of luck.

Adjustments might be made to ensure everyone is providing a similar amount of effort, which might be hard for some to accept. Ultimately though, the goal is for things to become more tolerable for everyone. You might have to undergo a lot of turmoil for this to happen, but stresses seem to reveal problems so they can be dealt with properly.
