Daily Horoscope for Taurus Summary

It's Monday, so I can go into things that are "different"...

My Mom has Dementia... And I went to see her at her "Skilled Nursing Facility" last week... It was strange as this was the first time she didn't recognize me... At first, I thought it may be because I was wearing my glasses (that I rarely wear as I perfer the Mister MaGoo option)... hehe... Or it may have been my beard... (starting to grow the "winter beard")... But that wasn't it... She was out way there... She was looking at us but clearly she was in a different world.

She was talkin' to my Dad who passed away in 2006 like he was standing there... Even when she's talking that way, I can usually understand what she's talking about... Like I said, she was looking at us, but the things she was saying I knew she was talking about Debbie... She said "oh you're coming soon"... I didn't pay much mind to that... I "figgered" she meant for a visit because we all believed Debbie was doing fine with her treatments... But the next day when Debbie passed on, it really hit home

Perhaps she really was in in the other world... A lot of folks are scared or feel uneasy when dealing with the spiritual sides of life, but to me it's as natural as anything else... I am in constant dialog with the Big Spirit asking questions when I do not understand something... Usually at night when I am starin' up at the sky with a fine cigar and an adult beverage... hehe... What happens is that a little later on, someone will say something that triggers "the feeling" (kinda like a twisting/tickle) just below the navel and what they say answers the question perfectly... Most of the time, I swear they do not even realize what they've said.

Anyway... The point of this...
(thank you daniel, i was wonderin' when you'd get around to that... and Please pass the olives while your at it will ya?)... hehe... The last month or so has been quite a challenge for me... All those planets transiting are located directly on my natal planets... I won't even go into all the different things I've had to deal with lately... One night not long ago, I looked up to the Big Sky and asked if there really was life beyond the "wild blue yonder"... And I think the story above answered or re-confirmed or re-assured me and my questions.

Yeah, I come from a family that tends to have very scientific minds... So I'm sure there are a ga-jillion different "explanations"... Or these occurances are merely coincidences... And who knows, perhaps they are... But not for me... I've suffered some hard losses over the past few years... But one thing stands out... It's the people in our lives that really matter most!!!... No matter how much Modern Life tries to separate us, we can never let our life circumstances blind us to what really matters most... Our Friends... Our Neighbors and our Families... Life is meant to move forward. amd that is what each of us must do.
