The present energy puts us in line to improve communication with the people around us. This might come in big ways. It might mean new systems being unveiled at work that transfer information easier. It might be new modes of interacting with people, maybe ones that allow freer transfer of information as it happens.

One of the important aspects of today's energy is that the "what" is as important as the "who" in elements of communicating with each other. There can be increased attention to detail. Normally, if you're talking to the right person, but asking the wrong questions, problems can arise. But today, people will tend to be more on point with what they're saying and more concerned with getting it right.

In your day to day lives, you'll want to focus on what's important out there. There will be a lot of messages that people might say loudly, but they're not as important as the little details and how they fit into the grand scheme of things. As the week moves along, Mars gets more involved and you'll hear more loudness, but as long as you understand how details come together to make up the whole, you'll make good decisions.
