Daily Horoscope for Taurus Summary

Today I Start my Life Anew...
Ok, we've made it past the "shortest and darkest day of the year" and from here on in, we will be increasing in light... Yeah, a lot of you guys are probably thinkin' "What's the big deal daniel, it happens every year" (and pass the olives will ya?)... Hehe... But the twist this year is that we have Saturn (the ruler of Capricorn) and the Sun aligned on the Cusp of Capricorn..!! That is every rare..!! Hasn't happened since the 1600's... And those people made it through it, and so shall we... hehe... And in the process, they increased their technology and found new and better ways to communicate what they've learned in order to help and assist others.

Throughout history, most astrologers always give Saturn (and Mercury retrograde) a really bad reputation... I feel they do this because they expect the planet energy to conform to their astrological formula's, rather than learning the lesson that Saturn is trying to show us... Hell, I admit, I started studying astrology (over 40 years ago) because I was looking to find "the easy way out too"... hehe... (but I got "better")... Who knows, perhaps it is because I happen to have Saturn on my Ascendant that I "get" it's energy... Work is not supposed to be a "pain in the ass" or something that should be avoided... It is really meant to be a joy... (just like the monks have learned)... Especially when you can take it to artistic and super creative levels.

If you learn to love what you do....
...You'll never have to work a day in your life.

This is really supposed to be a time of relaxation and renewal... In the past, the Harvest Season was over... The crops gathered and stored... It was a time to rest, and prepare for the upcoming Spring Planting Season... To sharpen the tools... To eat and drink with family and friends... To appreciate and share the abundance that has been gathered... (blah blah blah, you know the drill)... Hehe...

My job is to tell you what the chart energy says... It's your job to "figger out" a way to make it work for you... The darkest day of the year is there to remind us that we have "turned the corner" and things will be getting much brighter... Especially if we find better ways to grow, thrive and prosper (all the Saturn things)... So it's a good time to give yourself those needed nudges to get busy in preparation of the Brighter Days...
