You might have some sleep-related oddities here for a few days as well, so it's probably going to benefit you if you're earlier to bed than you might typically be. When you're over-tired, you can be ornery the following day, and it's those agitated conversations where we get frustrated that have the most potential to go poorly. So put less of an onus on pushing things, and more of one on preparedness and conserving your effort and energy for the times when you need it the most.
