For the time being, the chart has fanned out a good bit, and there's not as much intensity as we've been dealing with lately. These always end up being the best times to reflect on what's happened lately, make some assessments and adjustments, maybe set some new short-term goals, and then carry onward.
There can still be a few bumps in the road, especially later in the day when the Moon connects with Mars, that might cause some emotional surges or outbursts. On the whole though, these will tend to be short-lived, and as long as you manage to avoid doing anything drastic, should go by without too much worry. Just know when it's a good time to take a breather and reset mentally - these breaks can be important to helping you continue to make solid decisions throughout the day.
Aside from that, look to capitalize on your opportunities and keep chipping away at existing goals. This energy favors steady progress being made, and as long as you're keeping up with the world around you, that shouldn't be too hard to do. Best of luck.

The focus today can really be on the future and what your upcoming plans are. It's a great time to craft some new goals and get people together to tackle the ones you're ready to take on now. There might need to be some balancing of egos if you try to do this, which makes it important that you aren't leaning too far towards one extreme or the other. It's also going to help to announce when you might need help or learn to sharpen the skills necessary to accomplish things; others will be more willing to help if they know you need a hand.
